Turkey: Antatolia and the Mediterranean coast Turkey has many faces, from the Arab influence in the east up to the European modern in the west. Greeks, Romans, Persian and Osmans beside other culture groups left their traces in the country. Our more than 2500 kilometres long round trip begins in Ankara, the capital of the country. Here the architectural modern trend of a country that changes his face surprises. The travel goes to the bizarre landscape of Kappadokien, Goereme, formed through erosion and volcanic eruptions of the Erciyes Dagi and Hasan Dagi. There are around 500 cave churches in the region. In addition around 50 underground cities such as Kaymakli and Derinkuyu gave protection to the people. In Sanliurfa, the earlier Edessa, it can be felled the Arab influence of close Syria, Iraq and Iran.
