The crisis of the Arab world
The Arab world is today a disappointed region according to the study "Arab human development report 2002". This development report studies the 22 member countries of the Arab league with 280 million inhabitants. In order to understand the surrounding field from whom the trailers of Osama Bin Laden comes, one must know, that the increase of income per head is in the countries of the Arab league the lowest (0,5%) of the world. Only the Africa south of the Sahara has a lower. The Islamic civilization dominated all domains of the science before 600 years. Today it is poor and weak and governed by smaller and larger tyrants.
But how can be find a solution for the Arab world?
The root of all problems is perhaps the absence of liberty. The liberty of the released spirit to express itself, of the obligation, to place the liberty questions, the liberty of the women and the citizen outside of the influence of tyrants. In each case the Arab world needs to receive perspectives for its pride and its equal place and national and religious respect and independence as other states in the world.

Germany becomes starting from the first January 2003 member in the security council of the United Nations. The Federal Government does not want to take part in a possible Iraq war. Meanwhile it was presented to the government a censored report for the weapon production of the Iraq of 3.500 of the 12,000 pages. After an inquiry of 16 December 92% of the German believes in manipulated information of the USA in the war against the terror. From the complete report it should be evident that the USA was involved with distance in the armament of the Iraq. Substantial parts for the nuclear weapon program and rocket program have been supplied to the Iraq with permission of the USA.
If the USA by its secret service has detailed weapon knowledge of the Iraq, needs the USA then a weapon report only as reason for a war?
Is to the world community again transformed the security of the destroyed country as to Afghanistan and Yugoslavia and the payment of reconstruction?
When then, in order to save the costs of a renewed marching-up, does the war come against the Iran, which was called member of the axle of the bad one, and which so-called rogue states Syria and Somalia?
Which consequences does a war have for the tensioned relation between the two countries of possessing atomic weapons Pakistan and India?

In the East African state much speaks for a large change. Daniel Arap Moi retires after 34 years presidency. As a successor Mwai Kibaki, candidate of the rainbow party is considered as favourite. More as half of the Kenyans lives with less than a Euro on the day. For years now the economic growth is declining. Kenya is considered to belong to one of the most corrupt countries in the world.

International day of the human rights
On 10 December 2002 the international day of the human rights has anniversary. Violations of human rights are in many countries, also in so-called civilized, still at the agenda. The German Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs Fischer explained today, that the protection of the human rights is a contribution for the fight against the causes of the terrorism, because it prospers in a climate of ignoring the human rights. During the fight of the terror the states must consider humans and citizen rights.

Underground subway opening
Kenya and its national parks
A section, to in the year 2005/06 finished, of 7 from 52 km planned underground was opened in this month. The building was realized by 4,6 km tunnels, in which the company Herrenknecht from Schwanau with most modern tunnel driving technology was involved. For opening a kilometre-long queue was formed by waiting passengers.
