 European vote
The first European vote after the extension of the European Union with 10 nations brought different results. The election turnout in the new countries lays with 26 % substantially under that of the old countries with 50%. In many countries the existing governments have been punished. Also the European critical parties received inlet.
The European parliament in Strasbourg and Brussels is concerned particularly with consumer and environmental protection questions. Local election - Meissenheim Kuerzell
New heads in the local council
