Book raid clarified
Two-years of mystery had past. Today a 32 year old teacher was captured in the act by the control of a video camera. So far there were no traces of a break-down to the library, and although not at the latticed cabinets, behind which the valuable books from the 15 century were been exposed.
The mystery solution: In old books above the architecture of the monastery the teacher discovered a secret way, which led directly behind the cabinet walls who have been latticed on the front. In this way over 1000 books were stolen by him. The Elsass and Strasbourg, where Johannes Gutenberg invented the printing, was in 15th. century the largest centre of the printing of the world.

FARC declared as a terrorist-group
Today the European Community explained the Fuerza Armada Republica Colombiana as a group of terror. The group, in the 60's based, leads a terror war since many years with annually around 2000 dead and 4000 kidnapped people. At the 26.05.02 Alvaro Uribé became voted as first politicians of a right-wing party, with 53 % of the voices with its campaign: hard hand and large heart, to the new president of Colombia.
His success of the vote is a consequence of the terror, in which a critical expression of opinion can lead to death. Particularly in the former "free zone" under FARC control he received large voice portions. The "free zone", outside of government control,has the size of Switzerland. In this zone the FARC tries to force the mayors and judges now by death threats to the retreat from its offices, in order to create a further right-free area for their drug cultivation and hiding place.
By the unanimous resolution of the 15 member countries of the European Union it is now possible to close terror accounts.

Local council decides principle resolution to the noise protection barrier
This evening the local council expressed itself with 11:4 voices for the establishment of a noise protection barrier along the highway. To the discussion stood likewise a noise protection wall, which will not be never carried out however, from cost reasons. The 4 no voices expect still appropriate means of the state for the expensive wall to save the area. These means are demanded now for 20 years, when substantially increased at the same time the national indebtedness. Experts of the municipality politics maintain that it concerns about unjustified attacks and a denial position against initiatives of the new mayor.....

International conference
The international conference over the financing for the development assistance reaches a result of the peace for the rich countries and leaves those, which expect support from the conference: the poor countries, in uncertainty and isolation. For January 182 member countries of the United Nation signed the so-called document: Agreement of Monterrey, recommendations over governments, transparency, honesty, constitutional state and human rights that have to exist in the countries to contribute the development. Making available necessary funds to reduce at the half the extreme poverty in the year 2015 is the major task of the meeting.
The agreement of Monterrey determines, that the developed countries contribute 0,7 % of their gross national product for the fight against the poverty, an insufficient number, according to explanation of Koffi Annan, General-Secretary of the United Nations. The topic of the remission of debts of the poor countries did not achieve a concrete solution. In some poor countries the interest loads of the debt retirement exceed their gross national product and lead automatically to a larger depletion. Like it is usual now at large world meetings it meets parallel the forum global: Another world is possible, summoned together from the Alianza Social Continental. For the ASC the agreement of Monterrey is weakly and a little concretely like it also was judged by European leaders and by other nations, above all South Americans.

Meeting of the heads of the government of Europe ended.
At the meeting of the 15 heads of the governments of the European Union resolutions were seized for the fight against the illegal immigration. It went through above all the position represented by France and Sweden that one could reach more co-operation in relation to the immigration countries than with their punishment. The Spanish European Union advice president Aznar reserves itself nevertheless the right to measures in a set of ranges.
Aznar stressed, that in Europe nobody wants illegal immigration gangs and that Europe needs immigrants and shall stay opened. In the present there are living 3 million illegal immigrants and 18 million legal foreigners. Each year grows the number of the illegal by 500.000.The 15 member countries of the Europeen Union need up to the year 2050 a number of 44 million immigrants to secure economic growth and the pension system. Fore receiving a better control about immigration the members agreed in binding the countries of origin of the illegal immigrants at development measures.
