For new controversy in the UN Security Council in New York provided the renewed request of the USA for immunity for Americans in opposite to the International Crime Court. Germany, France, Brazil and Spain as well as further members of the 15 countries represented in the Security Council want to refuse their agreement to the resolution. With an acceptance of the resolution would be developed a durable US immunity because it was already 2 times an appropriate resolution agreed.
The present immunity rule ends on 30 June. A "sovereign" government in the Iraq who would join the International Crime Court could thereby deliver US citizen who commit crimes of genocide or crimes against the mankind to the International Court.

Film "The day after tomorow"
A study of the "Worldwatch" an environmental institute praises the European Union states. The use of solar power and wind force trebled itself in the past 5 years world-wide. Renewable energies are ecologically meaningful and create jobs. Germany has itself developed thereby to a leading country of renewable energies and produces doubles as much energy from wind force as the USA.
In the film "The day after tomorrow" from the director Roland Emmerich who runs these days in the cinemas is represented an environmental scenario of the future. The warm gulf stream is affected by the influence of the melting ice masses from the poles due to the rise of temperature. The consequences are dramatically falling temperatures in Europe and America. Is everything only a Hollywood Fiction?
Certainly not, even if the dramatic scenes were produced fairly in an Hollywood style it produced an unrest in the American election campaign. Already a few months ago the Pentagon has warned before the consequences of a earth warming for the gulf stream. Therefore the danger of a climatic change is a bigger danger for the life in the USA than a possible terrorist attack.
